Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you, acting on behalf of your real estate media business ("you," "your," "Customer"), and Listum Pro ("we," "us"), a Nashville, Tennessee-based company, currently operating as a sole proprietorship. By creating an account or using Listum Pro, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Listum Pro is

Listum Pro is a white-label CRM and business-operations platform for real estate media companies — client and lead management, booking, delivery, virtual assistant workflows, revenue analytics, and branding content membership tools, delivered as a hosted (SaaS) service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the client, booking, and financial data you put into it; we're responsible for keeping the platform running and your data available.

3. Free trial

• New accounts get a 30-day free trial.
• We collect a valid payment card up front, but you are not charged during the trial.
• If you don't cancel before day 30, your card is automatically charged for the plan you selected at signup, and your subscription begins.
• You can cancel any time before day 30 from inside the app, at no cost.

4. Plans, billing, and changes

• Listum Pro is billed monthly or annually, in advance, on the plan (Starter or Growth) you choose at signup or upgrade to later.
• Upgrades take effect immediately, and we charge a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period.
• Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period — you keep your current plan's features until then, and we don't issue prorated credit for a downgrade.
• We'll give you reasonable advance notice by email before any price change takes effect for your account.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods. You'll keep full access until that date. After that, your account is archived 7 days after cancellation (still exportable, just no longer active), and your data is permanently deleted 14 days after that — 21 days after cancellation in total. Export anything you want to keep before then; once it's deleted, it's gone for good.

6. Your data

Your client records, booking history, financial data, and any content you upload or connect (including through Dropbox) belong to you, not to us. We use it only to operate the platform on your behalf — we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train third-party AI models. 7. Acceptable use

Listum Pro is for operating a legitimate real estate media business. Please don't use it to store or transmit anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or to resell access without our agreement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers, or their data at risk.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Listum Pro reliably available, but like any hosted software, occasional maintenance or unplanned downtime can happen. We'll communicate meaningfully about anything that affects your ability to work. Support is available by email at hello@listumpro.com.

9. Limitation of liability

Listum Pro is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product and our beta program evolve. If we make a material change, we'll notify active customers by email before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
